Valentine's Day Flowers

To help you get the maximum lifetime from your flowers, most orders are sent in bud. This helps keep the flowers safe in transit and ensures your Valentine can enjoy them for as long as possible! This varies based on the type of flower, so don’t worry if they don’t look their best upon arrival, simply pop your flowers in some water when they arrive and watch them bloom!

Your Valentine’s Day flowers will be delivered next day unless you choose a specific future delivery date. Your order will be delivered between 7am and 7pm next day or on your selected day. You’ll receive a text with a 2 hour delivery window on the day.
Please note that next day delivery is only possible on orders placed by 4pm Monday to Sunday. We recommend checking the delivery information page for more details as this is subject to change during peak trading.

Yes! You can track your flowers by including your mobile number in the delivery details. This will ensure you will receive an SMS with the tracking information from DPD on the selected delivery date, including a 2 hour window for delivery so you know when they’re arriving.

Yes, you can! When you choose your flowers, we do not include any information from the sender. However, there is an option to leave a personalised message on a small card which will be delivered along with the bouquet - ideal for if you want them to know who sent the bouquet or to leave a sweet message as a secret admirer this February.

Yes! When placing an order, we will offer you the option to choose your delivery date. Delivery is available 7 days a week. Simply choose the date you want your flowers to arrive when ordering and we’ll take care of the rest.

Every flower order comes with flower food and an instruction leaflet on how to care for your flowers. They are also shipped with the stems in a moisture pouch to keep them fresh during shipping. This allows your Valentine receiving the flowers to easily make sure they remain beautiful for as long as possible. For more information, read our blog on how to make your flowers last longer.

Some of our Valentine’s Day flowers and bouquets come with a vase or novelty vase, such as a watering can or flower basket. For flowers which do not include a vase, these are shipped in cellophane with a moisture packet around the stems to keep them fresh during shipping.

While most flowers are completely harmless around pets, there are a few flowers that are extremely toxic to cats and dogs. So, if the person you are sending flowers to has cats or dogs, you should try to avoid the following: Amaryllis, Chrysanthemums, Delphiniums, Gladioli, Irises, Lilies, Peonies, and Tulips. To be safe, please check the ASPCA website before ordering if you are unsure.

All our Valentine’s bouquets are wrapped in a cellophane gift wrap, with some featuring additional colour co-ordinated silk paper. For the letterbox flowers, these are laid flat in a cellophane lined box to keep them safe and allow them to fit through the letterbox.

For bouquets over £30, you will receive free next day delivery. If your bouquet is under £30, your standard UK delivery will be £5. For more information, see our delivery information.
