Once you've found the card you want to send, you can customise the cover and inside with your images and text, depending on the design. From here, you can preview your card to make sure you're happy with the final product and send it to the recipient or back to yourself to deliver in person.

All our cards feature completely customisable interiors, with the level of customisability on the cover depending on the design you select. Some of our cards allow you to edit the cover with your text and photos, whereas other designs allow for customisation of some sections only. We also offer some pre-designed cards that are non-personalised. These cards still let you write on the inside, but the cover isn't editable.

Yes. All cards are sent in an envelope, with an extra blank envelope included if you select the 'back to yourself' option. You can use this extra envelope to send the card to the recipient, making it an excellent choice for adding a handwritten message before sending.

Yes! If you would like to send a card directly to the recipient or another address, please choose this option on the 'Send To' page. Once you've selected this, you can then log in and choose one of your existing contacts to send the card to or enter a new recipient when prompted. We'll then deliver your card straight to their address for you.

Unfortunately, we are not always able to amend your order for you once placed. As soon as you notice a mistake, contact our Customer Service Team at customer.service@funkypigeon.com or through our online contact form. Please note that if your order has already been processed and sent to our printing department, we may not be able to change or cancel your order.

There are a few reasons your photo may not be uploading. Please check the following things:

• Is your photo a high-resolution image? For best-printed results, we recommend that all images be 300dpi and no less than 1000 Pixels in height or width.

• Is your photo a .jpg file format? If not, then we recommend you save it in this format.

• To avoid any issues, please save any images onto your computer first, then upload them from that location to your card. If you upload your photo to the website from a flash drive, dongle, digital camera, or another external device, this could cause problems.
