How to Create Your Personalised Poster

To create your personalised poster, you'll first need to decide whether you want a large or small poster print. Large prints range from A1 to A2 sizes, with small prints available in A3 and A4 sizes. Once you've chosen your category, you can find your design and start personalising.

You can upload as many as 12 photos to create a collage or simply upload your favourite image to one of our single photo upload designs. We have a huge range of designs featuring different layouts, borders, sizes and styles; perfect for families, couples, friends and more! Once you've finished with your design, you can preview your poster before checking out to make sure you're happy with it.

What Poster Sizes Are Available?

We print our personalised posters in two sets of sizes. Our large poster prints are available in A1 (841x594mm) and A2 (594x420mm), and our small poster prints are available in A3 (420x297mm) and A4 (297x210mm) sizes. So, whatever design you choose to go for, you can have it printed to the size you need. You can also choose to optionally add a frame, which will add a few centimetres to the overall size.

How Will My Poster be Delivered?

Unless you choose to add a frame to your poster, we will deliver your order rolled up to help protect your design during transit. This can then be unrolled and is ready to display. For orders with a frame, your poster will be delivered in the frame, ready for you to hang up.

Can I Add a Frame to My Poster?

Yes. When customising your poster, you can choose to add a plain black or wooden frame. Your personalised poster will then be delivered in the frame, ready for you to hang up and show off. This is a great way to enhance your personalised gift further if you're buying it as a present for friends or family.

Why Am I Having Difficulty Uploading Photos to My Gift?

There are a few reasons your photo may not be uploading. Please check the following things:

Is your photo a high-resolution image? We recommend that all images be 300dpi and no less than 1000 pixels in height or width for best-printed results.
Is your photo a .jpg file format? If not, then we recommend you save it in this format.
To avoid any issues, please save any images onto the device you are customising the card on first, then upload from that location to your gift. Uploading your photo to the website from a flash drive, dongle, digital camera, or another external device could cause problems.
