Delivery

Your personalised jigsaw puzzle can be printed and dispatched the same day if you order before our cut off times. The cut off time will be shown on the product page when you select your puzzle.

All our jigsaws are printed on 100% high-quality recycled material for a sustainable and premium finish. In addition, all puzzles are delivered in FSC certified boxes, ensuring that the materials used are sourced from responsibly managed forests. So, you can be confident that not only will they love your gift, you're also doing something positive for the environment!

Upload photos directly from your device or connect your Facebook or Instagram accounts, using our online editor to style and position your images to create your design. If your chosen jigsaw features text, you can customise this in the editor to add the recipient's name or a custom message.

The 500 and 1000 piece puzzles are delivered in a personalised box featuring your custom design on the front, so you can preview the completed design on the jigsaw inside. Our 30 piece puzzles are delivered in a different, smaller box.

Create your personalised jigsaw in a few simple steps with our easy-to-use online editor. Simply choose the design you like from our popular puzzles or by browsing all designs and click through to customise. You can upload photos from your device or via your Facebook or Instagram accounts and edit any text to create a custom message. Then, make sure to preview your final creation, and you're good to go!

Can I Choose How Many Pieces I Want?

Yes! All of our personalised jigsaw puzzle designs can be printed as either a 30 piece, 500 piece, or 1000 piece jigsaw. Once you've found the design you like, you can choose how many pieces you want by selecting one of these sizes. We'll then print your design and send to you (or the recipient, depending on which delivery option you choose) to enjoy!

How Will My Jigsaw Puzzle Be Delivered?

Our personalised jigsaw puzzles are sent in premium, environmentally friendly boxes, with your custom design printed on the top for our 500 and 1000 pcs jigsaw puzzles. As standard, our jigsaws are delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class. While the majority of 1st class mail arrives the next working day, please allow up to 3 working days for your jigsaw to be delivered. We also offer a range of guaranteed next day, Saturday and international delivery options.

Can I Send My Personalised Jigsaw Internationally?

Absolutely! We can deliver your personalised jigsaw worldwide via Royal Mail Airmail. So, even if you're buying a puzzle for a friend on the other side of the world, we'll make sure it gets to them. Please be aware that international orders can take 7-10 working days to arrive, depending on location.

What Size are the Personalised Jigsaws When Assembled?

The size of the assembled jigsaw puzzle will vary based on the number of pieces you choose, with the larger puzzles containing more pieces. When completed, the 30 piece puzzle measures 19 x 24cm, the 500 piece puzzle measures 39 x 53cm and the 1000 piece puzzle measures 50 x 75cm.

Why Am I Having Difficulty Uploading Photos to My Jigsaw?

There are a few reasons your photo may not be uploading. Please check the following things:

- Is your photo a high-resolution image? We recommend that all images be 300dpi and no less than 1000 Pixels in height or width for the best printed results.

- Is your photo a .jpg file format? If not, then we recommend you save it in this format.

- To avoid any issues, please save any images onto your computer first, then upload them from that location to your card. Uploading your photo to the website directly from a flash drive, dongle, digital camera or another external device could cause problems.
