Delivery

Our hampers can be delivered the next day, 7 days a week, via our courier delivery service. You can also choose a specified day for your hamper to be delivered if you order in advance. Orders received before 4pm will be delivered the next day, 7 days a week.

On the day of delivery, you will receive a text advising a 2 hour window for delivery with tracking information. If you, or the intended recipient, are not home at the time of delivery, your hamper will either be left with a neighbour or in a safe place at the address. If no safe place is available, the delivery driver will leave a card with a contact number for the recipient to call.

For orders placed after 4pm or on a bank holiday, your hamper will be delivered on the next available day.

Can I Personalise My Hamper?

While it's not possible to personalise the contents of any hamper, you can personalise your delivery by adding a personalised gift message or ribbon message to most gift boxes. We offer a wide range of hampers, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, so you're sure to find something for everyone.

When Will My Hamper Be Delivered?

Our hampers our delivered via our next day courier delivery service, so your hamper will be delivered between 7am and 7pm the next day, 7 days a week if ordered before our cut off times. You'll receive an SMS message with a 2 hour delivery window on the chosen day. This message will also contain tracking information so you can keep track of your hamper and see when it has been delivered.

Can I Include a Personalised Gift Message?

Absolutely! We recommend adding a free personalised gift message to let the recipient know who the hamper is from and wishing them well. This will be delivered on a card with your hamper, with your message printed on the front. You can also add a ribbon message for a small additional cost which will be added to the hamper for an extra special touch.

Do Any of the Hampers Fit Through a Standard Letterbox?

Yes! We offer a few letterbox hampers that include a range of delicious treats in a package that's designed to fit through most letterboxes. This is a great option for sending as a gift as the recipient does not need to be home to receive their parcel. Please note that while this package is designed to fit through most letterboxes, we cannot guarantee it will fit through letterboxes that are smaller than usual or an unusual shape.

Can I Specify a Delivery Date for the Hamper to Arrive?

Yes, when selecting your postage options, you can choose a date for your hamper to be delivered. Simply click "Change Date" next to your estimated delivery date and specify which day you would like the hamper to be delivered. You'll then receive an SMS message to the number provided with tracking information on the day.

Can I Track My Hamper To See When It Has Been Delivered?

Yes! You'll receive an SMS message on the day of delivery confirming the 2 hour delivery window and providing the tracking details. This can be used to track your hamper delivery and see when it has arrived.

What Will Happen If the Recipient Is Not Home for the Delivery?

We understand that sometimes the intended recipient might not be at the delivery address. In this situation, we will leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place at the address (at the discretion of the delivery driver). If the driver cannot find a safe place to leave your hamper, they will leave a card with a contact number for the recipient to call.
