Why not save money and unlock unlimited e-cards by choosing a 3-month ? Our members get to enjoy unlimited e-cards for a small one-off price, unlocking limitless savings! Send e-cards to friends and family and even schedule them for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas and more.

Simply create and send your e-card and you'll get the option to choose between a 3-month membership. Upon choosing your membership option, you'll receive an email detailing the payment information and the date that your membership period ends.

Please note that your membership will auto-renew once you reach the end of the chosen membership period. This can be turned off at any time in the my account section of the website. If auto-renewal is turned off, the membership will lapse at the end of the prepaid membership period. Further information is available within the email you'll receive once signed up.

Once signed up to either of our membership options, you will receive an email explaining the full payment details, payment dates and auto renewal information.

How Do I Create a Funky Pigeon E-card?

Creating a personalised e-card is quick and easy with our online editor. Simply choose a design that you like and click 'Make your e-card'. You can then customise the e-card with a name and image and our editor will allow you to preview the card to see if you are happy with the design. If you are, you can then add recipients and choose a delivery date for the e-card to be sent. Then all you've got to do is choose your payment method and your e-card will be scheduled to send at the chosen time.

How Much Does It Cost to Send an E-card?

You can send an individual e-card for just 99p per recipient. You can also purchase a 3-month , which will allow you to send unlimited e-cards during your membership period. For more information, visit the Membership section above.

Can I Schedule E-cards in Advance?

Yes! Once you've created your Funky Pigeon e-card, you can add recipients and choose when you want the e-card to be sent. So, whether you're planning in advance or sending it last minute, we've got you covered.

How Can I Pay for My E-card or Membership?

Currently all payments are processed through PayPal. We will also be introducing an option to pay by card shortly for customers who would prefer to use a different payment option.

Can I Extend My Membership?

Yes! If you've purchased a membership, we will set this up to auto-renew for you at the end of your prepaid period. So, if you want to extend your membership you don't need to do anything. You will automatically be charged once your membership reaches the end of the prepaid period and your membership will be extended.

How Do I Cancel My Membership?

If you don't want your membership to auto-renew at the end of your prepaid period, you can turn off auto-renew in the my account section or in the admin tool. Once turned off, your membership will lapse at the end of the prepaid membership period. For more information, contact our support team.
