What Is the Cut Off for Same Day Dispatch on Alcohol Gifts?

Alcohol orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 5pm Monday to Friday and orders placed over the weekend or on Public Holidays will be despatched on the next available working day.

Can My Alcohol Order Be Delivered on a Saturday?

No, you can only request delivery 5 days a week for any Alcohol product - Monday to Friday.

How Will My Alcohol Gift Be Delivered?

Your alcohol gift will be delivered by DPD courier service the next working day following dispatch unless you have selected an alternative future date. However, this is not a guaranteed next day service and so in some instances may take up to two days. The timescale can be slightly longer for the Highlands & Islands of Scotland.

Will My Alcohol Arrive in A Gift Box?

Unless stated in the alcohol gifts product description, your alcohol gift will not be gift wrapped or sent in a gift box. Please check the product description for your chosen gift to confirm this.

Can I Send My Alcohol Gift Abroad?

Currently all our alcohol products can only be delivered to UK Mainland addresses as they are delivered by courier.

Can All Alcohol Gifts Be Personalised?

Not all of our alcohol gifts can be personalised. As well as personalised wines, beers and spirits we also have a range on non-personalised alcohol gifts to choose from. You will be able to tell if a gift can be personalised once you have selected the item you wish to order. If the item can be personalised you will be asked to edit the gift with text/photos before completing your order.

However, all of our alcohol gifts have the option to be sent with a personalised gift message - just make sure you select to add one. This option can be found under the alcohol gift image on the product page.

How Do I Personalise My Alcohol Gift?

Simply browse our alcohol gifts by category and then select your favourite personalised item. You'll be able to use our online editor to upload photos, edit the custom labels with a name and/or a message of your own. We recommend that you double check your personalised item before checkout to make sure your alcohol gift is perfect.

How Do You Upload Photos to A Personalised Alcohol Gift?

You can upload photos from any device, be it your phone, laptop, tablet, or desktop. You can also log into your Facebook or Instagram account to upload photos straight from there.

Can I Order A Multipack of My Alcohol Gift?

Yes, some of our personalised alcohol gifts can be sent as a multipack. Our personalised beer and ciders can be sent in packs of up to three, six or twelve and our personalised wine can be sent as a single bottle or pack of three. Just make sure you select the amount you wish to order on the product page before proceeding to the basket.
